At Norbert Health, Anna Oh designs robotic AI for seniors with dementia and limited mobility in nursing homes. Working directly with real patients and nurses, Oh and her team built human systems that help robots listen, respond, and comfort. This talk explores what patients taught her about embodied AI for an ageing, disabled audience, and why design is about connection, not just components.
