Neurodiversity Celebration Week
Founded by Siena Castellon in 2018, Neurodiversity Celebration Week is a worldwide initiative that challenges stereotypes and misconceptions about neurological differences including autism, ADHD, dyslexia, dyspraxia, dyscalculia, and more. The 2026 theme focuses on moving from awareness to action, with webinars showcasing best practice in leadership, systems change, and scaling inclusion across workplaces, schools, and communities. Neurodiversity is a core consideration in digital accessibility, where flexible interfaces, customisable layouts, reduced motion options, clear navigation, and plain language all help create more inclusive experiences for neurodivergent users.
