Raynaud's Awareness Month

International

Raynaud's is a condition that restricts blood flow to the extremities, particularly the fingers, toes, nose, and ears. Cold temperatures or stress can trigger episodes of numbness, pain, and colour changes. For people with Raynaud's, using keyboards, mice, and touchscreens can become difficult or painful, especially in cold environments. Raynaud's Awareness Month promotes understanding of the condition and highlights the importance of adaptive input methods, warm working environments, and inclusive workplace accommodations.
